I order my item and they promised that they will send me within 24 hours. I emailed after 3 days and they said that the item is not on the stock and they will expect within 4 more days. I waited 5 days to find out and they have cancelled the order. They never got back to me and never informed me about this item, until now after 1.5 weeks and the status is showing cancelled. It is absolutely unethical business practice. I will never recommend and always tell not to buy from them. they mislead customers and do not response. I badly needed my item and leaving out of town so I can use it now I am no where. Very dissappointed. If its not resolved, I will complain the Business Bureau department and... (more)

I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived well within the expected delivery time. The shipment was exactly as stated in the advertisement, and, although a wire was knocked loose during shipping, the system was fully functional and has not yet had any other difficulties. (more)

Throwing DVD media into a box with basically no packing material is unacceptable. You could at least reply to my complaint.

The directions on settings weren't clear as to how to get the print to the full advertised height. (over 1/4") Finally got it after experimenting.
