Excellent provider of services. My only recent complaint is that when they decided to no longer guarantee lowest price for 30 days, there was no announcement or warning. I learned of the new policy by asking for a price reduction and accidently seeing a customer's webmail about the new policy. Other than that I am totally a fan. (more)

I never have a problem when shopping on Amazon.com.I have a choice of whether to buy used or new and the instructions are easy to understand.

We are avid shoppers of this site. The prices, products and service are great! All orders have been delivered on time or earlier. Never had any problems with purchases on this site.

My husband had some trouble with books he was buying for me, but I didn't have a problem when I shopped for myself. Shipping can get too expensive when the items come from different sellers; you have to take that into consideration before you buy.

Amazon continues to be one of my favorites. They have almost EVERYTHING imaginable and more models to choose from than most other places as well as a variety of merchants to choose from. I like the option of new or used as well. Prompt,easy, good deals.

Always my first stop for books, DVDs and CDs, I am now considering using it for other items as well. I also use the site to sell used books, videos, and DVDs but I have not figured out how to add items that are not part of Amazon's inventory, something I intend to further investigate. (more)

I have had good success buying new and used books on amazon,com. often I can find out of print, or remainder books at a cost savings. My wife has had success finding text books for her classes at our local community college.
